  Alex was fantastic! I really appreciated his responsiveness when my heat went out last month. He actually took the initiative to call and schedule a Saturday appointment – a day off for him – because the weather had gotten so cold. He worked incredibly hard, troubleshooting my old furnace and getting the blower motor fixed, and he didn’t even charge overtime!
