  Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with this company. Enver was incredibly responsive and quickly arranged a visit for us. We really appreciated the fair pricing and felt completely confident in the quality of their work, thanks in large part to Enver’s excellent customer service. A couple of weeks later, Jason took over as our project manager, and he was fantastic – professional, clear, and his team was exceptionally efficient and tidy, explaining everything thoroughly and providing detailed documentation with photos. report abuse

  “I recently spoke with a friend in Buzzards Bay who had Mario’s do his roof, and he couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience – the price was good and everything went really smoothly. He recommended I contact Shawn, and I did. Despite me saying I wasn't ready for any work until the fall, Shawn still offered to come by and take a look at my house and discuss my ideas. He was incredibly helpful, sharing some really insightful information I hadn’t even considered. Turns out we have a few mutual friends, so it felt more like a friendly conversation than a sales pitch.   “We really couldn’t be happier with the roof replacement Mario’s Roofing did for us. Our friends recommended them, and thankfully, the experience was fantastic. Jim Bryson, our sales guy, was incredibly helpful – he patiently answered all of our questions about the whole process and the different materials we were considering. He was really straightforward and super responsive, which we really valued. The job itself was done quickly and efficiently; they completed the entire replacement and cleanup in just one day, and it was truly impressive. Most importantly, the quality of their work was outstanding, and the price was more than fair.   Overall, working with Mario’s was a really positive experience. We’d used another company for our roofing and windows before, and while the work was acceptable, the service just wasn’t great. Mario’s were consistently punctual and incredibly accommodating, allowing us to push back the start date of our siding project by over a month – something the other company wouldn’t have done. What really stood out was the quality of the work itself. It was clear they took their time and paid attention to detail, especially considering the extreme heat we were dealing with. Our project manager, Don, was fantastic; he visited our home frequently to keep us updated and ensure we were happy with everything. He even caught a couple of minor issues with the siding before we noticed them himself! It was a little disappointing that the crew left on the last day without us having a chance to say goodbye and thank them properly for all their hard work. Honestly, we wish we’d gone with Mario’s for our roofing and windows from the beginning – we just didn't know they existed. They’re advertising everywhere, so you really have to ask yourself if they’re willing to invest so much in growth, and the answer is a resounding yes. report abuse
