  Working with Sims and their team was an incredibly positive experience for me. From the very beginning, Margaret really took the time to understand what I was looking for – she asked insightful questions and it was clear she genuinely wanted to get to know my style and vision. I honestly felt like we clicked, and I couldn't have asked for a better designer. It was a particularly difficult process for me, as I was stepping out on my own after my husband passed away, and it was tough to trust someone new. But Margaret and Aaron were both so honest and dedicated to ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. And I want to give a special shout-out to Mike and Chad – their on-site crew was fantastic, always keeping things on schedule and making sure everything was done right. Throughout the whole project, I felt completely supported; any questions I had were answered promptly, and they were always willing to make corrections.   John and Simms Exteriors were absolutely fantastic! My wife and I recently needed a new roof and, honestly, we were completely overwhelmed by the whole process – especially dealing with the insurance claim. John came out, did a thorough job of inspecting our roof and even flagged some issues the initial claims team had missed, which was a huge relief. He patiently walked us through everything, helped us choose the perfect colors for our new roof and gutters, and the installation team was incredible. They arrived early on the day of the install, worked incredibly quickly and efficiently, and were so careful to protect our landscaping. The entire roof was completed in a single day, and the new skylight windows look amazing – plus they did a fantastic job with the trim work. Seriously, we’ve received so many compliments!
