  I absolutely love my new kitchen countertops – 1 Degree Construction did a fantastic job! They were really efficient and quick with the replacement, and I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Thai, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. We’ve used them before for our bathrooms and were so pleased with the results, so we knew we could trust them again. Highly recommend! report abuse

  Overall, 1 Degree Construction did a fantastic job working with us. From the very beginning, they were incredibly communicative about the estimates and the project plan, and their site supervisor was always available to explain everything clearly. The workers were punctual and did a really efficient job, and the quality of the work itself was excellent – particularly the carpet installers, who did a superb job with the stairs! We were thrilled with the new flooring and the beautifully installed baseboards. While the drywall patching for the vanity relocation was acceptable, it wasn’t quite up to the same standard as the rest of the work, with some visible seams. However, we were so relieved when the original tile installers returned a year later to address a problem with loose tiles and popping grout. They handled the repair with incredible care and attention to detail, and we’re so grateful they were able to fix it so effectively. Omri and his team were absolutely fantastic – they really went above and beyond to ensure our project was completed on time and to our exact specifications. We were looking for a company that could handle both the design and the build, and they completely understood our vision and helped us refine it with some brilliant suggestions.   Thai and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our garage. We really appreciated how attentive and communicative they were – Thai took the time to get to know us and our needs, and he kept us updated regularly throughout the whole process, especially considering the weather delays we experienced.   “We were really struggling to find a reliable contractor in Southern California, but we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with 1 Degree. They were a huge help in figuring out how to add a half bath to our bungalow – Eric was fantastic at finding a creative solution that didn’t require us to add any extra space, which would have been incredibly expensive. Throughout the whole project, they took care of everything, from getting the necessary permits (which were a real headache in our city) to working with us on the design, like using a repurposed dresser as a vanity.   Thai and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our master bedroom, study, and adding onto our garage. They took care of everything – from creating the plans and getting all the necessary permits, to actually completing the work. We were really impressed with how efficiently they worked, staying on schedule and within our budget. We had a few contractors we spoke with, and we genuinely felt the most comfortable and confident with Thai and his team.   Overall, we were really pleased with the complete master bathroom remodel 1 Degree Construction did for us. It was a pretty involved project, and we made sure everything was done to code. Like any big renovation, there were a few bumps along the way, but the final result is fantastic – we’re incredibly happy with it. We did have a couple of minor things that needed a little attention once we started using the new space, which is normal. However, what truly stood out to us was 1 Degree’s commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to address any concerns and ensure we were completely happy, a really refreshing and appreciated attitude. report abuse

  “Unfortunately, our experience with 1degree Remodel was really disappointing. While the initial work was promising, it quickly turned frustrating due to a lack of communication and consistently unmet promises. They never replaced the damaged electric mirror that arrived scratched, and we struggled to get updates on the project – we had to contact them daily just to find out if any work was being done. They repeatedly told us the mirror was on its way, but it never arrived, and they ultimately stopped responding to our calls. It felt like they were misleading us, and we’re still waiting for a resolution. Given the current demand for contractors, especially with the recent wildfires, we strongly advise others to proceed with caution – this company seems unreliable.” report abuse

  Honestly, I was blown away by the transformation of our powder room! They completely revitalized the space – the old wallpaper was replaced with a gorgeous emerald green that’s just so cheerful. The new vanity with the reclaimed wood and the vessel sink adds so much character, and the antique mirror is the perfect finishing touch. Plus, they even took care of that little leak behind the toilet, so it’s completely secure. It’s incredible – I hardly recognize the room! report abuse

  “I was absolutely thrilled with the work Degree did for us! They completely transformed our kitchen by not only installing all our new appliances but also meticulously rebuilding and matching our existing cabinets – the new cooktop fit perfectly thanks to the granite recutting. Beyond the kitchen, they also remodeled two bedrooms and our jack and jill bath into a fantastic craft and work space, handling everything from removing the old bathroom to installing new vinyl plank flooring. Thai and his crew were incredibly professional and so easy to get along with. Honestly, the quality of their work was outstanding, and the price was really reasonable.
