Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with this project. Their customer service was shockingly poor – they seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns and essentially dismissed my issues. They were also incredibly disruptive, operating very loudly and creating a messy site, and they didn’t even bother to properly manage the stone deliveries, leaving it strewn across the property. When I tried to raise these problems, I was simply put on hold and told they were happy to have assisted me. I wouldn't recommend using their services.

He really stepped up as a fantastic leader, and the whole team was incredibly professional, friendly, and delivered everything on time and exactly as promised.
