What started as a minor water damage issue quickly evolved into a complete renovation, and MaxCare delivered a stunning transformation. While the project took a little longer than anticipated due to the holidays and contractor availability, our project manager, Kevin Carbon, was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure the process was as smooth as possible for us, offering excellent design suggestions and meticulously overseeing the quality of the work, as if he were building his own home.   “We were absolutely blown away by the work Maxcare and Jason did for us after that awful tree root issue flooded our basement. It was a pretty messy situation, but they jumped right in and completely turned things around. We ended up with a new flooring job – an unexpected remodel, to be sure – along with drywall repair and fresh paint. He and his team were incredibly responsive, quickly getting the mess cleaned up and then expertly repairing the wall and floor. The communication was fantastic – everyone kept us fully informed every step of the way. Clayton, in particular, did amazing work on the final finish, and the whole repair crew were fantastic.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work MaxCare did for me. I had three skylights that were nearing the end of their lifespan, and I’m so glad I chose them to replace all of them. Fernando and his crew were fantastic – they arrived on time, did a really professional job installing the new skylights, and they cleaned up everything afterward. They were also incredibly respectful of my home. After that, Emerson and Junior tackled some other issues, including repairing my wall and painting my ceiling. And finally, Logan finished things off beautifully by framing the skylights. Throughout the whole process, Jason was a fantastic communicator and kept me fully informed.   “I was incredibly pleased with the work completed on my garage and workshop repairs. Nick Pearce did a fantastic job, handling most of the carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and overhead door rehanging – everything was done to a really high standard and right on schedule.   Overall, I’ve been incredibly pleased with MaxCARE of WA in Sumner. Because USAA recommended them, I had high expectations, and they’ve definitely exceeded them. We had a significant amount of damage from a recent windstorm – water damage to three rooms and the hallway – and they’ve handled everything with professionalism and care. Right now, they're focused on getting the water issues resolved, and Jake, the Operations Manager, has been fantastic at coordinating everything. The technicians, including Kione, Leo, Rich, Nash, and Joshua, have been incredibly reliable and friendly, always explaining the process and patiently answering all my questions. Joshua, in particular, was a real asset – his knowledge and willingness to help really put me at ease. They’ve taken care of everything from the initial assessment through the interior repairs – carpet pads, drywall, painting, and cleaning – and the whole process has been so smooth. Denise Jackson in the office was a great point of contact for the paperwork, and Mike Springer, our project manager, was amazing at coordinating the different tasks and keeping me informed. It’s clear everyone at MaxCARE genuinely cares about their work, and I’m so grateful they were able to get my house back in perfect shape. report abuse

  Overall, we had a pretty positive experience with the repairs themselves – the subcontractors Max Care uses did a fantastic job and we’d give them a full 5/5 stars. However, the process of getting things scheduled and moving forward was a bit frustrating. We experienced quite a few delays and had to call multiple times. It seemed like the subcontractors were juggling too many jobs at once, which led to the delays. We’d rate the repairs and the subcontractors as excellent (5/5), but unfortunately, the customer support and responsiveness from MaxCare only received a 3.5/5. report abuse
