  I was absolutely thrilled with the work Foundation Repair LA did on my home. Honestly, they were fantastic from start to finish! We had some serious water damage and they completely exceeded my expectations. Choosing a contractor was a real headache, but Evan was a lifesaver. He was so honest and didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need – he clearly explained why the extra drain work would have been unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The whole team was led by Juan, who was just outstanding. He kept me updated on everything, always taking the time to explain things clearly and making me feel completely comfortable. And his team – everyone was so hardworking and friendly, especially during that crazy heat wave they kept pushing through. Miguel, the supervisor, also checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. They did run into some tricky issues with the hillside drainage, which I know added to the time and cost, but they never complained once. They just kept focused on doing the job right, and that’s a real testament to their professionalism. I'm so pleased with the results – you can really see the difference in quality compared to the previous contractor we used, who ended up costing us tens of thousands in repairs! My property manager alerted me to some serious ceiling cracks, and I was worried it might be a foundation problem – but I wanted a second opinion. James was fantastic! He really took the time to review the videos I sent him, responded to my emails quickly, and patiently walked me through the issue over the phone, explaining that it was actually a neglected roof leak causing the damage.
