  Overall, our experience with Demlang has been fantastic. They really made the whole process of building our new Harper model so easy, especially for first-time homeowners like us. From choosing our custom finishes in the showroom to keeping track of everything through the Buildertrend website, they were incredibly helpful. We absolutely love our beautiful new home, and we're so grateful for their support. The only area where they could improve is their response time for repairs – it took a couple of months to get some issues resolved, which was a bit frustrating. report abuse

  Overall, we had an absolutely fantastic experience building our home with Demlang. From the very beginning, Ryan, our salesperson, really impressed us – he was so honest and transparent, and it felt like he was genuinely interested in understanding our vision rather than just pushing a sale. What really stood out was the clear communication and how they explained everything. They didn't try to upsell us with hidden costs; instead, they clearly outlined what was standard and what were upgrades, and honestly, so much was included that we didn’t need to add a huge amount on. We loved the quality of the materials and the thoughtful architectural details – things like arched doorways and wall nooks were standard, which is a huge relief. The entire process of getting our plans finalized and making selections was surprisingly easy thanks to a great project manager, and Rod & Colleen Demlang themselves were actively involved in every step. We felt completely in control, and the online tool they provided for tracking progress and accessing documents was incredibly convenient. While building a house inevitably has its challenges, Demlang handled everything smoothly and promptly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them – we’d definitely build with them again! report abuse

  “We absolutely love our new home built by Demlang Builders – we couldn't be happier! From the moment we moved in about two weeks ago, we were so impressed. Rod, Colleen, and the whole team, especially Jessica Birschbach, made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. Aaron, our project manager, was fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, always kept us updated with daily reports, photos, and answers to our questions throughout the construction. He also kept everything running on schedule, which was a huge relief. We were also really pleased with the contractors they selected – they did a fantastic job.   “We’re so thrilled to finally be living in our dream home! My husband and I had been planning this for years, and we chose the Demlang Alyssa II model – we’re absolutely loving it. From the start, we were really impressed with their craftsmanship, and while the initial price was a bit higher than some other builders, it quickly became clear that they include so many fantastic features as standard, like the 3-car garage and quartz countertops that we really wanted. The building process definitely had a few unexpected hiccups, but the Demlang team always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.   Overall, the Demlang team built a structurally sound home for us, which is a significant positive. However, the customer support experience was deeply disappointing. They largely left us to resolve problems ourselves, providing just a phone number instead of taking ownership and communicating effectively. We raised a number of serious concerns – issues with our roof, significant cracks in the basement floor, and consistently low water pressure – and documented everything on their project website. Despite this, they closed out these problems without ever discussing them with us to find solutions.   Dan and Jyll had a fantastic experience working with the Demlang team. Construction began around November 1st, 2021, and they were thrilled to close on June 22nd, 2022, completing the project on schedule despite some challenges with supply chain issues. They praised the team’s professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, and helpfulness – truly a great experience that resulted in them loving their new home! report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the construction project bordering my property. The constant noise – loud music included – seven days a week is disrupting the peace of my neighborhood. To make matters worse, I’m regularly finding construction debris scattered across my yard. It’s clear they’re not prioritizing consideration for nearby residents, and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of working with this business to proceed with extreme caution. report abuse
