Jake was fantastic to work with, especially given the short timeframe we had before listing our house. He really took the initiative, quickly getting up to speed on our in-floor heating system, checking everything was set up correctly, and he even conducted detailed thermal scans of the floors – it was really reassuring to see his thoroughness.

Overall, Interstate was fantastic – they responded incredibly quickly and I’m really hopeful my house will be back to a comfortable temperature by this evening.
