  I couldn’t be happier with the work Evergreen Insulation did on our recent remodel. My wife and I completely gutted and remodeled our home, and hiring them for the insulation was definitely the right decision. From the very beginning, with Fernando’s thorough assessment, to the final installation, the team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They really took the time to understand our needs and used fantastic materials – the results were far better than we anticipated. Communication was fantastic; they answered all of our questions (we had a lot!) and made the whole process so smooth. We opted for their recommended spray foam blend and added soundproofing to our internal walls with Rockwool. Honestly, we’re so pleased with the noticeable difference in temperature in the room we insulated – we wish we’d done it in the other rooms too! I wholeheartedly recommend Evergreen Insulation; they truly prioritize customer satisfaction and do outstanding work. Thanks to them, our home is now so much more comfortable and energy-efficient. report abuse

  Evergreen Insulation’s work on my attic insulation was a major disappointment and ultimately caused significant problems. They arrived with trucks from Advanced Green Insulation, and while they initially sprayed both closed cell and open cell foam, painting it all with a grey fire retardant, the situation quickly deteriorated. The awful chemical smell – reminiscent of rotten fish – started appearing immediately, and despite running ventilation in the attic for several days, it didn’t go away. Eventually, I took samples of the foam and sent them to a lab to investigate, which prompted them to completely remove it. They claimed the smell was due to the paint, but the lab confirmed the smell was coming from the foam itself and that it hadn’t properly cured. The removal process was unbelievably messy, making our home uninhabitable for two weeks, and they only covered half of our hotel expenses during that time. Worse still, the removal caused extensive damage to the underside of our roof decking and gable walls, and even damaged our HVAC ducts – likely due to the careless use of tools like crawl bars and garden picks. Despite all this, Evergreen Insulation refused to take responsibility for any of the damage. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using Evergreen Insulation. It’s clear they aren’t accountable and the quality of their work is deeply concerning.” report abuse

  I unfortunately cannot recommend this insulation company based on my recent experience. The employees were incredibly disrespectful and made my visit very unpleasant. They were using the only diesel pump at a gas station as a break area, completely ignoring the available parking lot nearby. When I politely asked them to move their vehicles so I could get fuel, they refused and directed me to a different pump, explaining that it wouldn't work with my vehicle. It was a shockingly thoughtless situation, and their behavior demonstrated a complete lack of consideration for others. I’ll be going with a different insulation company in the future. report abuse
