I was really impressed with this company! I was in a bind needing a large amount of material delivered, and they took care of everything so efficiently. They delivered 1.2 yards, which was exactly what I needed, and it saved me a huge amount of time and hassle. I was worried I’d have to spend nearly an hour mixing a lot of smaller bags myself, but they got the job done in just 40 minutes. The woman I spoke with on the phone was fantastic and helpful, and the driver, Jose, was a really nice guy. Honestly, considering the distance, I got a great deal and would definitely recommend them.

“Overall, I was really pleased with the service. Jose was fantastic – he arrived on time and was super friendly. We only needed a small amount of concrete for a little pad, but it was perfect. I’d absolutely use this company again for smaller jobs, and I felt like it was definitely worth the price.”

“We were really pleased with Small Load Concrete – it was incredibly easy to work with and they managed the scheduling process so smoothly. It was a huge improvement over mixing concrete ourselves! Jose was fantastic; he was knowledgeable, offered some really helpful advice on finishing our concrete pad and explained the important cure times clearly.”

“I was really impressed with this company – they were incredibly easy to work with. Eric was fantastic, he knew a lot about concrete and was just a really nice guy. Using their small load concrete was a huge time and money saver for my project. I only needed 1.85 yards, which translated to about 102 80-pound bags, and the pour itself took less than an hour! Best of all, I didn’t have to deal with hauling away over 100 bags of waste. I personally saved about $80 just on the concrete, and if I’d rented a mixer, that would have added another $51. Overall, I’m extremely happy with their service.”

Jose was fantastic to work with – really prepared, super responsive, and consistently helpful throughout the entire process.

“This was a really smooth experience. They were fantastic to work with, especially when you only need a smaller amount of concrete – 1 to 10 yards. Scheduling was super easy, and the pouring itself went exactly as planned.”

“They did a fantastic job pouring the concrete slab for my shed – it was done really quickly, just two days from delivery. The team was professional and clearly knew what they were doing, and it was a pleasure to work with them. I’d definitely recommend them.”

“We were really pleased with Small Load Concrete – they were one of the few bright spots during our deck project. We started planning in March, but then the Coronavirus threw a wrench into everything, causing delays with permits and materials. However, the concrete footings were absolutely perfect. I called on a Monday and they scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday, and the crew got the job done before sunset. Tiffany was fantastic to work with, and the guys were incredibly professional and efficient. They really went above and beyond, especially considering they were handling a large amount of concrete – we needed about 60-80lb bags, and they saved us a huge amount of hassle and physical strain. We didn't have to rent a mixer ourselves, and it was a full day’s work. We’ll definitely be using Small Load Concrete again for our next project!”

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I went in hoping to avoid writing a negative review, but I felt I needed to share what happened. I’d completed a contract for a set amount and paid the full balance via credit card over the phone. A week later, a $367.57 charge appeared on my account, and it was completely unauthorized. I contacted them and was assured it was just a mistake that would be corrected immediately, but it wasn’t. The charges remained, and my bank ended up canceling my card. I’ve now had to go through the hassle of updating all my online accounts, waiting for a reimbursement from the bank, and waiting for a new credit card to arrive – it’s been a huge inconvenience. Also, to add to the frustration, the concrete pad I received was noticeably short by at least a quarter inch. Thankfully, Tiffany was very nice and helpful during our conversations.

Jeff was fantastic to work with! He really went the extra mile, coming to our house beforehand to assess the job – it was quite tricky with all the low-hanging wires, narrow spaces, and trees. He was incredibly reliable, kept us informed, and his prices were very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend him for any concrete project.
