They didn’t just fix the problem – they completely removed the old heater, cleaned up everything, and did a really solid job.   I was really pleased with the service I received today. They responded incredibly quickly after I called about a toilet issue – it turned out to be a lucky break with a cancellation! The plumbers were fantastic – friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain my options. They even offered helpful advice about a slow drain in my kitchen. I appreciated the text message letting me know who was coming and including a photo.
