They’re incredibly knowledgeable and skilled – they handled every aspect of the installation perfectly. It’s fantastic – clean, quiet, and incredibly efficient, and most importantly, we’ve seen a huge drop in our heating costs compared to heating oil.   Overall, my experience with this company was quite disappointing. I was working with Gary Cyr on a geothermal project and he seemed dismissive from the start. During one conversation, he abruptly ended the call, which struck me as unprofessional. While I hope it was just an isolated incident, I worry about his communication style and how he handles client input – it felt like he wasn't open to discussing my suggestions or questioning his work. Despite their good reputation, this lack of flexibility and basic courtesy raised a significant concern for me. report abuse

  “Southcoast Greenlight really stepped up to help me after the recent storm knocked out my power for six days. My solar panels were installed way back in 2009, so they needed a bit of a diagnostic, but the team was incredibly helpful. They patiently walked me through the entire process of getting my inverter back online, and thankfully, there were no charges or delays.” report abuse

  I was really impressed with Southcoast Greenlight – they do some fantastic work with solar carports and geothermal solutions for both homes and businesses. I saw their videos showcasing the solar arrays they’d installed for local banks, and they looked incredible. Plus, the team was so friendly and helpful, they even recommended a great place for lunch nearby! Definitely a company I’d recommend. report abuse
