They quickly diagnosed a problem with an outlet in my kitchen, and thankfully, they were able to get an appointment scheduled for the following day – even during the busy Christmas week. The team arrived on time and got right to work, pinpointing the issue quickly. What really stood out was how polite and helpful they were; they took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. I had a bit of a misunderstanding on my own part, but Duanne Brosenne, the owner, was fantastic. He was incredibly understanding and made sure I was completely satisfied with the service. It’s rare to find such great customer service after the job is done, and I really appreciate their family-owned approach – you can tell they genuinely care about their work and the community.     “I ultimately decided not to go with them, and it really came down to the unexpected dispatch fee. I’d initially left a message back in May or June, but they never returned my call. I put it off while enjoying some family time, and when I was ready to move forward, I contacted them. I’d heard good things about them through online recommendations, though I realize those aren’t always completely objective. They did return my call this time, and the receptionist was very friendly and took down all my details – my phone number, email, and address – and we even scheduled an estimate. However, she then surprised me with a $79.95 dispatch fee, which is taken directly from the final bill. Honestly, it felt a bit jarring because I usually get several estimates and any contractor would clearly state any fees upfront. It just felt like a surprise cost that could have easily pushed the project out of my budget. I appreciate that there's a cost involved in having someone come out for an estimate, and I’ve worked with contractors before who are transparent about those expenses, but I didn’t receive that information beforehand.” report abuse
