  I couldn’t be happier with this company. Alex was fantastic – he’s been so attentive, making sure everything was running smoothly. Honestly, this underground fence has been a game-changer. Before, I was constantly worrying about my dog and she was free to roam our 10-acre property, which was a huge concern.   We absolutely loved our experience with DogWatch of Central Maryland! We recently got a German Shepherd puppy for Christmas and needed a secure fence for our large 1.5+ acre property. Rather than the hefty cost of a traditional fence, we decided to explore an invisible fence system. Alex Vandenoff was fantastic – he was incredibly prompt, professional, and really knew his stuff explaining how the system works. On the day of the installation, he arrived exactly when he said he would and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to both of us and, importantly, our pup. He showed us exactly how to train him and even walked us through removing the flags as the system becomes more refined over time.   Overall, the DogWatch did a really good job of keeping Roxie contained in the backyard. She quickly learned to avoid digging under the fence, which was fantastic. However, it extends out into the other yards, and I’ve been hesitant to use those areas because she’s still quite a handful and a bit of a rabbit chaser! It’s Roxie’s personality more than the fence’s fault, and I’m sure I’ll revisit using it when she’s a bit more settled. report abuse
