Our project manager really went above and beyond, fostering a fantastic open communication with everyone – the team, the subcontractors, and us. It was a true collaborative effort, and the family-run atmosphere allowed for some wonderful flexibility in our floor plan and really thoughtful planning each month. Even now, with the project finished, they’ve continued to be attentive and responsive to any small changes we needed.   I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work Owings Brothers did for us. Seriously, the whole team was fantastic – so professional and genuinely enjoyable to have around for those four months. They not only completely remodeled our bathroom and installed closet systems our family absolutely loves, but the garage remodel is now the envy of the whole neighborhood! We’re already planning to have them tackle the kitchen and master bathroom when the time comes. I wholeheartedly recommend them; they deliver exceptional quality and a positive attitude – a rare combination!   Owings Brothers has been absolutely fantastic to work with over the last five years. The communication throughout each project was outstanding – we consistently felt like we were their top priority.   I couldn’t be happier with the portico – it’s absolutely beautiful! From the very beginning, working with Joe, Craig, and Tom was a fantastic experience. I’ve had several projects done in my old home over the past 30 years, and I’ve never encountered a team as professional and dedicated as this one. Craig, in particular, was fantastic, always kept me informed and incredibly responsive. It’s clear they take immense pride in their work, and you can see it in the quality of the finished product. The whole team worked together seamlessly, and even the office staff were excellent. They completed the project on time and according to the schedule, which took a huge weight off my mind. My neighbors have all commented on how wonderful it looks, and the best compliment I received was when one neighbor said it “fits right in,” like it was always meant to be there.   Overall, this was a fantastic renovation – they completely transformed our kitchen and entrance, as well as the stairs and flooring. There was a slight delay getting started due to supply chain problems, but the team did a really good job of keeping us informed and managing our expectations. They were incredibly helpful with the design process and were always responsive to our questions. Once they started working, they were incredibly efficient and hardworking, and the team was always polite and took great care to keep the house tidy, covering everything up and cleaning up debris every day. We really appreciated being able to stay in the house throughout the whole project, and we're absolutely thrilled with the quality of the work – a truly well done job! report abuse

  Honestly, we’re absolutely thrilled with our new addition! It turned out absolutely beautifully – it’s much larger than our original house, and that extra space has been a huge blessing. We needed it to be able to care for our aging parents and, importantly, to plan for our own future here. From start to finish, everyone we worked with – the designers, the builders, absolutely everyone – were fantastic. They were all so friendly, kind, professional, and really knew what they were doing.   Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with the entire renovation process. From the initial design and choosing materials to the stunning final result, everything was handled with a truly professional and easy-going approach. We had two full bathrooms remodeled, a new laundry room added, a large master walk-in closet installed, and a beautiful kitchen remodel with a gorgeous vaulted ceiling – it’s truly transformed our home! We especially want to commend Perry, our carpenter; he was a fantastic and incredibly hardworking member of the team.   Overall, we were really pleased with Owings Brothers Contracting. Their online communication was excellent and the price was fair. Heyward and George were fantastic – they were incredibly attentive to detail and a genuine pleasure to work with. We did experience a longer-than-expected timeline for the project, which started in June and finished in November, and we believe that was primarily due to the ongoing COVID-related restrictions. Despite that, we’d definitely consider using them again for future projects. report abuse
