I was driving the speed limit on 161 at 5am when one of their trucks suddenly appeared beside me, driving recklessly and nearly causing a collision. They then started racing another truck. They made a serious error with my surveying plan, resulting in over $800 in correction fees, and caused a four-month delay in obtaining my permit. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, they seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually fixing their mistake. Their communication was consistently rude and disrespectful, and at one point they even tried to hang up on me. We initially put down 50% and were told they’d contact us to schedule the actual survey, taking into account we have dogs on the property. However, it took a full 30 days before two surveyors finally arrived, which was completely unexpected. Now, we’re still waiting on the report and another month has passed before they demanded the remaining 100% payment. It’s incredibly concerning that our initial down payment just disappeared. We spent two weeks trying to get in touch with anyone – phone calls and emails went unanswered. The lack of communication and responsiveness from their customer service is unacceptable, and we’re still struggling to get a clear explanation or resolution regarding the bill.
