  “I recently contacted this surveying company after purchasing 13 acres, and thankfully, I had their name from a list of referrals. While driving the speed limit on 161 at 5am, I was nearly struck by one of their trucks speeding towards me. It swerved into the other lane and almost went off the road, and then another truck joined in what appeared to be a reckless race. Seeing their behavior like that, I’m definitely hesitant to trust them with surveying my farm, and I’m relieved I discovered this before scheduling a call.” report abuse

They made a significant error in my surveying plan, resulting in over $800 in additional costs to correct, and a completely unacceptable four-month delay in receiving my permit. Despite repeated calls to resolve the issue, they seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility and wasting my time rather than fixing their mistake.   “We had a really frustrating experience with this land survey company. We initially paid a 50% deposit and were told they’d contact us to schedule a visit, considering we have dogs on the property. However, it took nearly a month before two surveyors suddenly showed up, and another month later we received a demand for the full 100% payment – with no communication about where our initial deposit was. We spent two weeks trying to reach anyone – phone calls and emails went unanswered. The lack of communication and responsiveness from their customer service team, particularly Shaun or Warren, is completely unacceptable. We’re still waiting for clarification on the billing and frankly, it feels like the company has disappeared.” report abuse
