  Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with Father Nature and the work they did for us. We had a beautiful salmon fountain installed in our backyard in 2021 – we got it from a dealer in Santa Fe and they built the whole pond and surrounding area. They gave us a great 3-year warranty, including the pump, and they really delivered. However, about a year and a half later, the fountain stopped working, and it took about nine months to get it fixed. When we went back to Father Nature, they initially said the warranty had expired, but the owner, Chris Scheer, stepped in right away. He came out the next day, listened to our concerns, and then identified some other improvements we needed. Within a few weeks, everything was completely resolved, even including a brand-new pump – all at no cost! It was such a fantastic experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend Father Nature for any landscaping project. report abuse

  Overall, my experience with this company has been quite disappointing. I started with a positive impression during the initial property walk-through and discussions about my landscaping goals. However, the final plant plan was significantly off from what I envisioned, and I’ve been struggling to get any feedback or changes made. It’s been incredibly difficult to reach the original designer, and my emails have gone unanswered. I felt like my specific needs and preferences weren’t truly heard or addressed. I’m going to need to escalate this to the manager to discuss the necessary revisions. I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience. report abuse

  “I’ve been incredibly happy with Father Nature Landscapes over the years. I’ve used them both for initial landscape design and improvements, and then for ongoing maintenance, and they’ve consistently delivered. They’re a really easy team to work with – always responsive to my questions and concerns, and their prices are fair. The maintenance crew is always efficient and respectful of my property, and it’s super convenient to get them to handle extra services like aeration or mulching, or even add on some new hardscaping as a separate project.” report abuse

  “We were looking to sell our house and remembered seeing those trucks from Father Nature around. We contacted them through their website for a quote, and Cameron came out to assess the property. He was really friendly and explained everything in detail, taking the time to make sure we understood the whole process. He gave us a card and promised a quote by Monday. However, after a couple of weeks, we heard absolutely nothing. We followed up multiple times, but it was like they’d completely forgotten about us – it was incredibly frustrating and a really disappointing experience.” report abuse

  Honestly, working with Father Nature was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, Trent kept us consistently updated, and Laureen created a stunning design that perfectly captured our vision. Josh and Oswaldo and their team were incredibly skilled and dedicated – they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it.
