Jarad and his apprentice were fantastic – incredibly respectful, explained everything they were doing step-by-step, and kept me fully informed. They were also incredibly efficient and did a really thorough job replacing my 2ft of copper piping with PEX. The whole process took just an hour, and I appreciated getting a detailed report afterward.   “I honestly can’t praise Miles enough! He was fantastic – so communicative, incredibly responsive, and you can absolutely rely on him to do a great job. The repipe he did on my whole house in October was amazing; he finished the entire job in just two days, and thankfully, only shut off the water for a few hours on the second day – he really went the extra mile to get things back on for me that night. Because of some old, rusty pipes I had, he also came back a couple of weeks later to replace my water heater. And because I was also having a repipe done, he even took care of removing my old tub and installing a beautiful walk-in shower. To top it all off, the other contractor had done a terrible job with my drain, and Miles came back to fix it. Seriously, he’s gone above and beyond every step of the way.   Miles was fantastic – I’ve used him before and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. He really went above and beyond on my recent job, diagnosing a serious leak in my kitchen drain that turned out to be a completely clogged pipe. Instead of just patching it, he investigated thoroughly and identified the root cause. Then, to top it off, he even replaced the old shutoff valves under my sink – just like he did last time!
