“Saul Architectural Firm was recommended to us by Finecraft Contractors, and initially we had a good experience working with them. However, things quickly became problematic as the architect stopped responding to our calls and messages. It became clear that Elvis, the builder/project manager from Finecraft, wasn’t adhering to the original drawings, and the project quickly started to go off track. It felt like Elvis prioritized his established relationship with Finecraft over our needs as a client.”
