  “I cannot recommend this firm. We hired them for a straightforward apartment project, and from the start, they were consistently late and delivered incomplete work. Despite offering to pay for what they *had* done, they insisted on full payment before the work was even finished. Ultimately, we didn't need the final product, but even then, it was still incomplete. What was most concerning was their aggressive tactic of attempting to lien our property – a clear attempt to intimidate us. Frankly, they seem to think they can use threats of litigation to get what they want, and it’s a troubling sign. Because of this, I strongly advise against working with them. There are many reliable, locally-owned engineering firms out there who don't resort to such tactics.” report abuse
