  I strongly advise against hiring this company. Based on feedback, they consistently fail to deliver on their promises, miss deadlines, and provide frustrating, unhelpful communication. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. report abuse

  “I cannot recommend hiring this firm. We used them on a straightforward apartment project, and from the start, they were consistently late and delivered incomplete work. Despite offering to pay for what they’d done, they insisted on full payment without having completed the agreed-upon scope. After we no longer needed the work, they finally provided it, but it was still lacking. What was most concerning was their aggressive tactic of attempting to lien the property owner’s land – a clear attempt to intimidate us. Frankly, they seem to believe they can use litigation as a weapon. We ended up paying them for the services, and now they’re threatening legal action. Because of this history and their bullying approach, I strongly advise against using this firm. There are many reliable, locally-owned engineering firms out there who won't resort to such tactics.” report abuse
