He really stood out, and honestly, it was a pretty stressful time for everyone I spoke with.   I had a really negative experience with this company. It was clear they weren't accessible for people with disabilities, and I was frankly accused of lying by someone there. Honestly, I’d advise reading other reviews carefully – it seemed like a lot of them might be posted by friends or family trying to boost their business.
