  I was incredibly impressed with the team at Tan Rental. They were genuinely kind and went above and beyond to help me – I completely forgot to grab the tablecloths and they even sent someone to my house to deliver them for me! I wholeheartedly recommend Tan Rental to anyone needing tables, chairs, or even a jumpy house – they’re fantastic. report abuse

  I’m so incredibly disappointed with my experience renting from this company. We rented a bounce house, tables, and chairs for an event, and frankly, the whole thing was a disaster. The bounce house was shockingly dirty – it was covered in grass and paper scraps and smelled really bad. It was clearly not cleaned properly, and it wasn't sanitary at all. The tables were also in terrible condition – with missing pieces and splintered wood. I was so grateful we had tablecloths to cover them, otherwise we would have been mortified. To top it all off, when we returned the equipment, the employee handling the return scratched his brand new truck and even hit himself in the head with a pole – and he didn't even apologize! It was completely unprofessional. Honestly, it felt like they didn't care about their customers or their equipment, and we lost almost $700. I would strongly advise against renting from here. report abuse
