He visited our property twice, patiently answered all of our questions, and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process.   Honestly, this was a terrible experience. The sales pitch was incredibly aggressive and the price was shockingly 50% higher than any other quote we received. To add insult to injury, they immediately tried to pressure us into signing a contract, claiming we could save $5000 if we did. When we declined, the salesperson became incredibly rude and even used profanity – it was completely unacceptable and made me feel like I needed to call the police. I definitely don't appreciate high-pressure sales tactics, and I wouldn’t recommend going with this company unless you’re prepared for that kind of treatment.   I’m absolutely thrilled with my new Long Homes shower! The installation was fantastic – it took the installers less than eight hours, and they were incredibly professional. They really took care of my floors and handled the removal of my old tub and doors with ease. Plus, they were so knowledgeable and helpful, patiently explaining how to use the new showerhead.
