I’m extremely concerned about the behavior I witnessed. A driver, vehicle W1Z666, was observed on Mass Pike on [Date - assuming 4/2] at 2:30 PM behaving recklessly – tailgating and making inappropriate gestures. This is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your company’s standards.
