  Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the progress on the pool. They were supposed to have it finished within two and a half weeks, and it’s now well past that deadline – they started on May 4th and it’s still not done. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them to get an update, but it’s impossible. And to make matters worse, there are still garbage bags around the pool. With the weather forecast showing 90s for this weekend and next week, it’s a real shame the pool isn’t ready to use. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. My grandparents have been waiting since April to complete their pool project, and they were consistently unresponsive – never returning our calls. Worse, the work they did was shockingly poor, resulting in several of our children sustaining painful cuts and bleeding. We’re seriously considering legal action as we feel completely let down and believe no action will be taken to rectify the situation. report abuse
