  “We absolutely loved working with Obie and Majestic Pools to build our new pool! Seriously, it’s been an amazing experience. Our neighbors had raved about Obie’s work in the community, and we’re so glad we listened. We got quotes from several builders, but Majestic Pools really stood out because they took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. They started the whole consultation by asking us to describe our dream pool – it was so refreshing and unlike any other company we spoke with. There was no pressure at all, and when we did sign on, everything was explained so clearly. Obie was fantastic – he’d always respond to my texts within minutes, even with his busy schedule! The whole team was incredibly professional, respectful, and hardworking, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. The pool itself is stunning, and we’re thrilled with the designer series option – it’s the perfect size and looks like it was custom-made for our home. We didn’t have to worry about overspending, either. If you’re considering getting a pool built, I can’t recommend Majestic Pools enough.   “I couldn’t be happier with Majestic Pool – they built my pool last year and it’s still looking fantastic as we head into our second season. From the initial planning stages to the final touches, the whole experience was truly exceptional. Obi, the owner, was incredible; he was so proactive, keeping me completely informed about every step of the project and always available to answer my questions. Honestly, I was a bit overwhelmed at first trying to figure out what I wanted, but his design team really helped me visualize my ideas and make the process fun and manageable. The construction team was professional, incredibly hardworking, and very careful – a huge relief for me because I have dogs! They always took the time to secure my backyard after they were finished. And Obi went above and beyond, even taking the time to walk me through “pool school,” teaching me everything I need to know about maintaining my Hayward automatic salt system. I opted for the automatic system and it's been fantastic – so convenient to control everything from my phone. It’s rare I recommend contractors, especially at work where everyone’s so critical, but I wholeheartedly recommend Majestic.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve received. My swimming pool project, which started on September 18th, 2020, is still unfinished over a year later. I’ve had almost no contact with Obie since, and he rarely answers my calls or messages. While he was pleasant initially, it’s become incredibly difficult to get in touch with him, which has led to several problems and a major issue – the plaster was unexpectedly painted white instead of the French Grey I originally selected. report abuse

  “Overall, working with Obie was pleasant during the initial sales and pool construction. However, the experience ended up being incredibly frustrating and ultimately left me very disappointed. Despite the contract specifying an umbrella sleeve, it was never installed due to a clear lack of communication between Obie and his team. Worse, after the new cement path was laid, the plastering job was done haphazardly, creating permanent scratches and marks on the cement – something Obie dismissed as just part of the drying process, which was a complete fabrication. And to top it off, the crew left a huge pile of construction debris in my yard. Seven months later, my pool equipment completely stopped working, and Obie’s response was shockingly unresponsive. He repeatedly promised someone would be out “next week,” but then stopped answering my calls and texts for months. It felt like he was just trying to avoid dealing with the problem. It’s really disheartening to feel like he was more focused on selling new pools than ensuring the quality of his work and standing behind it.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience. They only do initial construction of pools and concrete structures, and they don’t offer any renewal services. Getting a response was incredibly difficult – I had to call three times and leave messages to finally get a callback. It was a frustrating process.” report abuse
