  Overall, OR Construction did an absolutely fantastic job helping us recover after our pipe burst caused significant damage to two bedrooms and a bathroom. It was a really stressful time, but they were incredibly supportive and communicative throughout the entire restoration process. Mario, our project manager, was fantastic – he was always available to answer our questions and made sure everything was completed efficiently, even responding to texts outside of regular hours. Saul was also a pleasure to work with, friendly and professional. We’re so grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them without hesitation! report abuse

  “I was absolutely blown away by the team’s work! We had a really significant plumbing issue that required a complete bathroom renovation, and they handled everything so seamlessly. They worked closely with me and my insurance company from the very beginning, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. I’m thrilled with the final result – the tiling and shower are absolutely beautiful and done to a really high standard.” report abuse

  “I cannot recommend OR Construction. Our experience with them was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. From the very beginning, the quality of their work was poor, and they seemed to deliberately try to avoid addressing the actual issues. They replaced our large kitchen and bathroom cabinets with shockingly small ones, and we believe they manipulated the insurance claims process to overcharge us. Worse than that, they never provided us with a breakdown of how the money was spent. When we raised concerns about the poor workmanship – there are already cracks in everything they installed – they responded with rudeness and attempted to inflate the costs, despite the damage being covered by insurance. Manuel and his supervisors were consistently unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on our experience, I strongly advise against hiring OR Construction.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with OR Construction. From the very beginning, it felt like I was constantly being blamed for problems that weren’t my fault. I was yelled at, given poor workmanship, and made promises that were never kept. Communication was non-existent – they wouldn’t respond to texts or calls. I initially hired them to repair damage from a leaky roof, and the process has been a nightmare. It’s now over a year later, and the job is still unfinished. Despite giving them access to my home seven days a week, I rarely saw anyone, and when I did, it was often unprofessional. They were supposed to handle all the insurance paperwork, but I’ve spent countless hours acting as the go-between. What truly bothered me was the owner, Mario’s, behavior. He seemed more concerned with the negative review I wrote than with actually completing the work. He repeatedly pressured me to change or delete it, and his attempts to “make things right” were just empty promises. Frankly, it felt like a complete disregard for my time and my business. After all this, they’re now trying to bill me for items supposedly not covered by warranty – simply because I refused to take down my honest review. It's clear that OR Construction doesn't value its customers, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. report abuse

  Overall, OR Construction did a fantastic job rebuilding my home after the water damage. They were incredibly communicative and organized throughout the entire process, and we actually finished the project ahead of schedule – which was a huge relief.   Overall, I was really pleased with the work the team did. My wife and I especially appreciated how tidy they kept things – having kids means messes can quickly build up, but they really minimized dust and kept the house looking great. Mario Osorio, the foreman, was fantastic; he explained everything clearly and patiently answered all our questions. I also really valued the prompt callbacks whenever I had any concerns.   That was a really concerning display of driving. The way they were weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off repeatedly, was incredibly reckless and dangerous. And to top it off, they were actively promoting their business while doing so – it felt completely irresponsible. report abuse
