  Honestly, I can’t recommend these guys. My experience was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, shoddy. After an initial apology and some attempts to “fix” problems with the countertop and sink, the issues just kept coming back. The countertop now has scratch marks, the sink continues to leak – they even plumbed it incorrectly, letting sewer gas into my kitchen – and the sealant is already failing. They initially botched the job, then tried to charge me for damage they caused, and there was zero communication between their workers and management, so I had to explain the same problems over and over. They’re significantly cheaper than other contractors, but you’ll end up paying for it in the long run with the constant repairs needed. I wouldn’t trust them – avoid these people. report abuse

  “Dealing with water damage is incredibly stressful, and trying to navigate insurance and the repair process adds so much to the headache. Honestly, working with OR was a huge relief. They were with us every step of the way, explaining exactly what they’d be doing and keeping us in the loop with the insurance company. Communication was truly their strongest asset – it made a massive difference. They even let me make some small upgrades to my home, and they were really helpful in figuring out how to best utilize the space. The project took about four months, and they did a fantastic job, particularly with the walls, trim, and even completely renovated my kitchen (with me covering half the cost and them handling the other half).   Overall, O R Construction did a really good job. They handled a significant issue – a leaking shower that damaged the master bedroom floor – with professionalism and care, completely tearing out and remodeling the ADA-compliant bathroom as requested. The workers were friendly and efficient, and they addressed all my concerns without any problems. I’m just waiting for the glass to be installed to finish the project. report abuse
