“I have to say, I’m concerned about the design for the hotel project at 12th and McDowell. It seems like it could actually be detrimental to the surrounding community, the hotel guests, and the investors as well. Specifically, the way it’s currently designed seems to be limiting the views – and that’s a significant worry.”
