They were incredibly professional and reliable throughout the entire project – always on time and offering fair prices. I especially appreciated the effort their sales representative went to, attending a board meeting to walk us through the issues and explain their proposed solutions in detail. It was clear they truly understood our needs and were committed to a long-term fix.   Honestly, we had a really frustrating experience with this company. They were consistently late, slow, and incredibly rude – several times they were dismissive and even seemed to deliberately antagonize residents. The work itself was also quite poor quality and took an unreasonably long time to complete. They even parked illegally and blocked our parking spaces, seemingly laughing at our concerns. We tried our best to accommodate their requests, but it was a constant source of stress and a really unpleasant experience. We strongly advise against using this company unless you're prepared for a major headache. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience calling Morgan Pavement. I received a confusing flyer about the street work they’re doing and needed to know when I’d be able to park again. However, the secretary I spoke with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She seemed completely dismissive of my question and reacted with frustration, making me feel like a nuisance for simply wanting information. It was a very negative experience, and I’m not satisfied with the service I received. report abuse
