  “We had a really frustrating experience with this company. They were consistently late, slow, and incredibly rude – we felt like they were deliberately ignoring our concerns. Beyond the delays, they were unnecessarily obstructive, double parking and blocking our access to the property. Despite our best efforts to cooperate, the work they did was ultimately low quality and took an unreasonably long time. The flyer wasn’t clear at all about parking restrictions, and when I called to ask for clarification, the secretary was incredibly rude and unhelpful.
