I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Lincoln Electric Door. My old garage door was really falling apart, and I reached out to get it checked out. Jeremiah came out the next day, quickly diagnosed the issues, and we decided to go ahead and get a whole new door installed. The quote he gave us was surprisingly reasonable, especially considering how much it would have cost to just repair the old one. The installation was fantastic – Jeremiah did it all in a few hours and took away the old door and all the parts. And it’s incredible! It's so quiet now – I can’t even hear it opening from inside. He also added weatherstripping all around, which has completely sealed it up and blocks out the rain and dust. Seriously, it’s amazing! A big thanks to Stephanie and Nate in the office for their help with ordering everything and coordinating the appointment – they made the whole process so easy. We absolutely love our new garage door – thank you, Lincoln Electric Door!

I had a really frustrating experience with Lincoln Electric Garage Door Co. I bought a garage door opener from Home Depot and they installed it in my two-car garage without any issues. However, as soon as I tried to open my separate three-car garage, it stopped working. When I contacted the installers and the manager, they were completely dismissive – they barely listened to my problem and told me it wasn't their responsibility because the work order was for the two-car garage. It was unbelievable how unhelpful they were, and I would definitely not recommend this company.
