  “I was really pleased with Lincoln Door Company. Jeremiah was fantastic – he was incredibly helpful. It turned out to be a bit of a tricky situation with my home warranty sending me to a garage door company, and I almost got swindled, but Jeremiah spotted it right away. He quickly explained my belt had a lifetime warranty and offered to send a new one free through Liftmaster, even scheduling the replacement himself. When I got the new belt, he came back and installed it for me, while the other company was trying to charge me a fortune for new springs. My garage door is working perfectly now! He really went above and beyond – he called to let me know about the missing part, quickly got a replacement from a colleague, and then efficiently finished the work, replacing the seal, adjusting the lift, and oiling everything.   “I was really pleased with the service I received from Lincoln Garage Door Technician, Jeremiah. He did a fantastic job installing our new garage opener and, importantly, he identified that the springs needed replacing. We scheduled a follow-up appointment, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Jeremiah was our technician again and he even recommended replacing the bearings and wires – it was clear he was really thorough.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. During the installation, critical safety parts broke, which is completely unacceptable. Worse, they never followed up on the repair, and the technician didn’t even order the necessary parts, despite promising to do so. It felt like they were just blaming others instead of taking responsibility and actually trying to fix the problem.” report abuse
