  “I really want to give a huge shout-out to Omar for the fantastic service I received with our solar system. I had two appointments with him, and I was incredibly impressed. He always gave us a 20-minute heads-up, was so friendly and professional, and the work he did was absolutely top-notch – a true 5-star experience. What really stood out was his dedication; he went above and beyond by personally contacting the parts manufacturer to get a replacement box delivered while our system was being repaired. He even sent us lots of pictures of the process in a follow-up email and took the time to explain everything to us.   “We were so relieved when Redline was the only electrician who answered our call on a Sunday evening when our main breaker went out. John, the technician, was fantastic – he arrived within an hour, quickly got the parts we needed, and had the problem resolved. Honestly, we’d been passed around to answering services by other companies, so it was such a great experience.   “Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this service. The first technician seemed capable at first, but then he disconnected a key outlet without letting us know, which meant we had to call them back immediately, assuming it was a new problem. It turned out to be a simple mistake by his colleague, and we were still charged the full amount for the time spent fixing *their* error. To make matters worse, they didn’t even respond to my email explaining the situation or take any responsibility. It was incredibly frustrating to be treated like this – a basic lack of communication and accountability. We ended up having to hire a different company who acted with much more integrity and professionalism.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with Redline Solar’s service. They caused a major electrical issue – a short circuit that damaged a panel – and then completely disappeared. It took weeks of frustrating attempts to get anyone to respond, and ultimately, they just stopped communicating. A supervisor finally fixed the wiring, but instead of addressing the damage, they moved the panel and then simply vanished. We were left with a bill because we had to hire another company to resolve the problem. It’s been nearly two years since they abandoned us, and the panel still isn't performing at its full capacity. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust them.” report abuse

He was punctual, incredibly professional, and took the time to really understand the situation, listening carefully as we went through the property. He clearly explained the different options and gave me some solid recommendations, and best of all, he actually got the job done! I really appreciated his good judgment; I didn’t have to constantly chase him down with questions. Honestly, I’m done with the hassle of other companies.   “We were really pleased with the service we received. The electrician, Dylan, was incredibly fast and efficient – he quickly diagnosed the problem with our EV 240 plug and scheduled a follow-up estimate for the next day. He actually came out and completed the repair himself, which was fantastic! Having the part on hand saved us a trip to the store. While it was a minimum two-hour service, he finished the job in just 30 minutes thanks to having the part ready. He was very detail-oriented and clearly knowledgeable, and we feel much more confident and safe now that the electrical issue has been resolved. We’d definitely use them again!” report abuse
