I’ve used them on several projects and now I’m a loyal customer – I have them providing their Code Red Service and installed a whole-house surge protector. The technicians are incredibly reliable, always punctual and letting me know when they’re on their way. I really appreciate their professionalism and how they keep the work area tidy when they’re finished. Because I work from home, they were really understanding about needing to briefly shut off the power, and were very accommodating. The team did fantastic work – it was all very high quality and they were incredibly conscientious, checking in with me throughout the process and keeping me fully informed.   Redline was fantastic! They responded to my request within 30 minutes and quickly replaced the faulty circuit breaker. When that didn't fix the problem, they gave me the right advice to check the outlets, and I was able to quickly resolve the issue myself.   I was incredibly grateful for Redline’s quick response after the recent storm. A downed light pole with exposed wires posed a serious safety hazard, and they responded almost immediately, even before their usual office hours. They were able to resolve the issue and address the immediate risk within a few hours – I really felt relieved knowing they took care of it so efficiently and at a fair price! report abuse

  Overall, Redline did a great job – they were really easy to schedule an appointment with, showed up on time, and completed the repair efficiently. While the price was a little higher than expected, I understand it’s tough when the original installer disappeared without warning. I’d definitely use them again. report abuse
