“Overall, Jackssons Trailers found the forklift service to be excellent. The operator did a great job unloading the semi-truck, and the process – from drop-off to pick-up – was incredibly smooth and efficient.”
-
“I was really frustrated trying to rent a wood chipper. Despite the manufacturer saying my truck could handle it, the rental place wouldn’t let me take it out. Then, when I used my cousin’s Silverado, they still refused, insisting only trucks with a 3/4-ton capacity were allowed. It was ridiculous – thankfully, Home Depot was able to rent me the same chipper.”
-
“I can’t say enough good things about this team – they were truly a lifesaver! The staff were fantastic and incredibly efficient. I was so impressed with the service I decided to show my appreciation with a little treat from QT. Definitely worth the time I spent.”
-
“We had a really disappointing experience. When we arrived, they hadn’t fulfilled our order and were completely out of stock of the items we’d requested. Worse, they weren’t willing to offer any kind of discount, and simply blamed a computer error for the issue. Overall, the service was unacceptable.”
-
It was a good deal on the tool, and the pricing was really competitive. However, the sales process felt a little slow – could be streamlined a bit. Overall, a positive experience.
-
“We’ve consistently been really pleased with their service – they’re always friendly and helpful when we need a machine.”
