    “I’m really disappointed with my recent experience renting equipment from the Tempe Sunbelt location. I’d used Sunbelt in the past at another location and had always been satisfied with the service. However, this time, I’d made a reservation over a week in advance for a specific piece of equipment. When I called to pick it up, I was told it wasn’t available – despite the advance reservation. The representative didn’t offer an apology or any alternative solution; he simply stated that another customer’s extended use was prioritized over my legitimate booking. It was incredibly frustrating and felt like my business wasn't valued. Honestly, the whole interaction was unprofessional and left me feeling let down. I’ll be taking my equipment rental needs elsewhere.” report abuse

I didn’t hear anything by 3:00, so I called to check on the status, and it turned out he’d completely forgotten about my order. He apologized, but it ended up delaying my repair by another whole day – a day that could have been avoided.     “I was really frustrated trying to rent a wood chipper. Despite the manufacturer saying my truck was capable of towing it, the rental place wouldn’t let me. They insisted I needed a heavier-duty truck, even though my truck met their specifications. I ended up having to get my cousin’s Silverado, which was bigger, just to get the chipper. It seems like they had a really strict policy, and I was able to get the same chipper at Home Depot with a smaller truck.” report abuse
