  “I was really frustrated trying to rent a wood chipper. Despite the manufacturer saying my truck could handle it, the rental place wouldn’t let me take it out. Then, when I used my cousin’s Silverado, they still refused, insisting only trucks with a 3/4-ton capacity were allowed. It was ridiculous – thankfully, Home Depot was able to rent me the same chipper.” report abuse

  “We had a really disappointing experience. When we arrived, they hadn’t fulfilled our order and were completely out of stock of the items we’d requested. Worse, they weren’t willing to offer any kind of discount, and simply blamed a computer error for the issue. Overall, the service was unacceptable.” report abuse
