From the very beginning, they were professional and responsive – getting me a quote was quick and it was a fair price. I really appreciated that they offered so many different brands and even had links to their websites where I could see how the doors would look on my house. We went with a Clopay roll-up, and it was a great choice, matching our home’s color perfectly. The installation was super smooth; it was scheduled about four weeks after I placed my order, and they finished the job in just a day, taking away the old door too. The guys were really thorough, explaining all the important things I needed to know about operating and maintaining the door, including how to protect it when we eventually paint the garage.   “I’ve been really impressed with Arizona Garage Door Doctor. They’re a fantastic family-run business – they’re incredibly responsive and clearly know their stuff. I’ve used them a few times now, including for a new opener, threshold, and keypad, and most recently for a completely new garage door after mine was damaged. They were fantastic – they even came out on a weekend to assess the damage, worked with me to get the right specifications, and had the new door installed within a week. Aaron, the installer, was particularly great; he was efficient, took the time to explain everything about the door's operation and maintenance, and even followed up to do the recommended 6-month check-up. The service is always fast, and the technicians are clearly very skilled and know what they’re doing. Today, Aaron was fantastic; he quickly and efficiently repaired my hung door, even though it wasn’t likely a warranty issue. He really took the time to completely realign the door and make all the necessary adjustments, and he was very knowledgeable about the Lift Master system. They responded to my call incredibly quickly – Aaron was actually there within a couple of hours, and he fixed my completely fried garage door opener all by himself. I’d accidentally damaged it, and he handled the whole replacement so efficiently. He gave me some really fair pricing options and did a fantastic job.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Matt was so helpful when I initially called, clearly explaining the costs involved without any pushy sales tactics. I ended up scheduling a service appointment with Fernando the next day, and he was fantastic. He not only fixed the immediate problem quickly, but he also identified and repaired a couple of other issues with our door – a broken chain and cracked hinges – and adjusted it so it’s running perfectly now. They originally serviced our garage door when we were renting, but now that we’re homeowners, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I actually had a little trouble recalling the technician’s name – I only remember seeing his beard – but he was fantastic!
