  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with Brightland. The quality of their construction seems really lacking – they’ve clearly cut corners. I submitted a warranty claim back in November 2024 and, shockingly, nothing has been done about it as of June 2025. It’s been a completely frustrating and unresolved experience. report abuse

  Honestly, we’re incredibly disappointed with this experience. We deeply regret buying our first home and dealing with this company. They’ve been consistently dishonest, constantly delaying and failing to complete the repairs they initially promised. We purchased our home in 2021 and haven’t received any communication or follow-up. report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed to have to write this review. Since moving in last September, I’ve been getting passed around and unable to get any of the serious issues addressed. We’ve had problems with the lighting, the gas stove, a leaking dishwasher with black mold on the island, and despite multiple scheduled repairs, nothing has been fixed.” report abuse

  “Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Gehan Homes. My experience was incredibly frustrating – it took them nearly 18 months to complete the build, and we were hit with a 10% price increase unexpectedly.   “I want to strongly advise against using Gehan Homes. Our experience was incredibly disappointing, and frankly, quite stressful. Our sales representative, Shane, was dishonest and misleading. Our real estate agent even had to correct him about some of his claims. He didn’t seem to be actively working on our behalf, and we rarely received responses to our emails.” report abuse
