We were unfortunately quite disappointed with the property. We noticed quite a few things that needed attention, including missing amenities like mirrors and medicine cabinets, broken shower doors, windows that weren’t fully functional, appliances that weren’t present, and issues with the landscaping and window screens.
-
“It’s really disheartening to see so much negativity directed at Fulton. We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with them, especially considering the challenging economic climate at the time. They went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and positive for us.”
-
“Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. I’ve encountered issues repeatedly with the warranty repairs – they weren’t always done correctly, or sometimes weren’t done at all. I felt like I constantly had to double-check that everything was being addressed, even the small details.”
-
“My wife and I recently put down a deposit on a property at Fulton Promenade in San Tan Valley. We’d initially scheduled the second payment for August 13th, but we wanted to move the process along quickly, so we paid it early.”
-
“We’re incredibly frustrated with the ongoing issues we’ve experienced since purchasing our home from Fulton in December 2020. We initially arranged for repairs to seven or eight grout cracks and one cracked tile, and we’ve now had a total of four separate appointments for evaluation and repair – and the problem remains unresolved. It’s really disappointing that these cracks are still present.”
-
“I have to say, my experience with the Fulton realtor was incredibly frustrating. They repeatedly misled me about the homes in the subdivision – specifically, they advertised loft homes as multi-level, despite none actually being so. I made it very clear to the two realtors that I wasn’t interested in multi-level properties, but that wasn’t respected.”
-
“We had a truly fantastic experience working with this team – from the initial sales conversations all the way through the construction and lending process. Everyone was so knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, which really made a difference. We were so pleased to have been referred by friends who had a similar positive experience with their services.”
-
“We were extremely disappointed with Fulton Homes. The quality of construction felt quite poor, and frankly, the homes didn't seem to match the standards they advertise. It’s concerning that they’re operating in a way that resembles the issues seen with the automotive industry – we believe they need a similar consumer protection system to ensure homeowners receive the homes they’re promised.”
-
“It’s incredibly concerning to see Fulton Homes receiving such a significant amount – between $2 and $5 million – in SBA loans during the pandemic, while simultaneously refusing to assist their own customers. Based on reports, it seems the company has fundamentally changed, and frankly, it’s no longer trustworthy. Customers should exercise extreme caution.”
-
“Honestly, I was really disappointed with this builder. They seemed more interested in ticking boxes than actually listening to my concerns as I was building my home. It felt like a constant battle to get things done, and the vendors they worked with didn’t seem particularly responsive.”
