We were really disappointed with the condition of the property. We noticed quite a few things that needed attention – things like missing mirrors and medicine cabinets, broken shower doors, windows that weren’t fully functional, appliances that weren’t present, and some landscaping issues, along with missing items like towel bars and window screens.

“Honestly, it’s frustrating to see so much negativity directed at Fulton. We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with them, especially considering the challenging economic climate at the time. They really went above and beyond to make the whole process a positive one.”
-
I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of service and the repeated issues with warranty repairs. It felt like I was constantly having to chase them down to ensure the work was actually being done correctly, and even then, small details were often overlooked. It was a really frustrating experience overall.

“My wife and I really wanted to get into our new home at Fulton Promenade in San Tan Valley, so we put down an initial deposit. We scheduled the second payment for August 13th, but we decided to make that one early – we just wanted to keep the process rolling along.”
-
Honestly, we’ve been incredibly frustrated with the ongoing issues with our new home. We contacted Fulton in December 2020 to get seven or eight grout cracks repaired and one cracked tile replaced, and it’s now the fourth time we’ve had someone come out to assess the damage – and we still have a cracked… it's been a really disappointing experience.
-
“I have to say, my experience with the Fulton realtor was incredibly frustrating. They repeatedly misled me about the properties in the subdivision, specifically claiming that many of the homes were multi-level when that wasn’t actually the case. The website showed loft homes as multi-level, but when I made my preferences clear to the two realtors involved, it didn’t seem to be taken seriously.”
-
“We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with the team – from the initial sales consultation all the way through to construction and the lending process. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, and it’s clear they’re building a really strong team. We were so impressed, we were actually referred by friends who had a similar, top-notch experience.”
-
“We were really disappointed with our experience with Fulton Homes. The quality of the construction seemed quite poor, and frankly, we felt misled by the advertised standards. It’s concerning when a builder doesn’t deliver on the promises they make, and we wish there were stronger consumer protections in place like lemon laws for automobiles to address situations like this.”
-
“It’s incredibly concerning to see Fulton Homes receiving over $2 million in SBA loans during the pandemic, yet they’ve completely stopped assisting their customers. Frankly, it feels like a different company now – one that doesn't seem to prioritize its clients, and I wouldn't trust their current practices.”
-
Honestly, I was really disappointed with this builder. They seemed to offer a lot of talk during the building process, but it felt like they weren't truly invested in making sure everything went smoothly. Getting them to actually address issues was a constant battle, and it seemed like they didn’t really care about my concerns or how I was feeling throughout the project.
