  “I’m really disappointed with this company. I contacted them to get a simple spray foam application for a 1500 square foot addition, but they’ve now told me they can’t do the job. To make matters worse, the salesperson, Jeff, hasn't responded to my questions at all. It’s completely unacceptable to not receive a quote or any communication – that’s just the bare minimum any potential customer should expect.   “I am incredibly disappointed with the service we received. The staff didn’t seem to pay attention to detail, leaving lint and small rocks tracked throughout my mother’s house. Worse, they left their equipment blocking our driveway for over 15 minutes after finishing the job, and when we asked them to move it, they even involved their boss and made us wait an additional five minutes. They arrived early, seemingly eager to leave before my mother was even home with her grandchildren. We believe they misrepresented their timeline, and we have video evidence to support this. There were some issues with his attitude and a general feeling that he wasn’t respecting their roles.   “I was really frustrated with this delivery. I arrived on time for my 11:00 appointment, which was marked as critical, but there was no one there to unload my shipment. The gentleman present just told me to wait, and I ended up waiting over an hour before anyone finally came back. They then said it would be another hour before unloading could begin, despite the originally scheduled delivery time. After another hour of waiting, they suddenly told me it would only be 20 minutes more. Thankfully, unloading finally started, but it took a further 47 minutes. Ultimately, I wasn’t out until 14:10 – a total of two hours wasted waiting.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the service I received from Gale Contracting. The installers were incredibly courteous and professional, and they took the time to explain the whole process of insulating my attic with cellulose. They were also very detail-oriented and went above and beyond, adding extra foam around the attic entrance – something that hadn't been done during the original insulation.
