  Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience with Lavendar. The sales and design team, especially Adam and Hannah, were fantastic from the start and really nailed the initial design. There was a bit of a slow start after the initial demo, but once Duane joined the project as our superintendent, things really picked up. He’s been an absolute superstar – he’s completely turned things around and kept us feeling optimistic throughout. The subcontractors have been incredibly hardworking and consistently on schedule. Communication with Duane and the design team has been excellent, always quick and open. We’re really excited to see everything come together and thank you so much to Duane for his incredible work! We’re giving Duane a solid 6 stars – he’s been amazing – and Lavendar a 3.5 out of 5 for now, with a final review pending completion. report abuse

  Lavender Landscape Design Co was fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. Johanna Gutierrez was particularly helpful, and the whole team really went above and beyond. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and then delivered a stunning landscape that completely transformed our outdoor space.   Working with Lavender Landscape was such a positive experience. Honestly, I’d been getting a bit frustrated with other companies – I felt like my ideas weren’t really being heard or valued. Johanna and Adam were completely different; they genuinely listened to what I wanted and then created a truly beautiful design. What impressed me most was how they worked with me to stay within my budget, presenting me with different options. Johanna was especially helpful – she’d make changes directly in the 3D design during our meetings, so I could actually see exactly what we were building.   I’m incredibly disappointed and frankly, furious with this company. We entrusted them with a major renovation project and it’s been a complete disaster. From the start, the owner painted a picture of a responsive, boutique operation, but the reality has been months behind schedule with absolutely no protection for us as customers. We waited weeks with no workers on site, and our superintendent’s requests for materials and deliveries were constantly ignored. Key items from our original design quotes were simply missing, and when we tried to find alternatives, we were only presented with the most expensive options – costing us tens of thousands of dollars. To add insult to injury, our new hot tub hasn't even worked since installation. It's become clear that the owner and her team prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. They're quick to threaten penalties if we ask questions, but utterly unresponsive to our concerns. They send in new staff to placate us, make empty promises, and then try to collect final payments before the work is even finished, claiming warranty issues. This experience has been incredibly stressful and has negatively impacted my mental health. It's appalling how they hide behind their staff and refuse to take responsibility. We just want the project completed, but we’re terrified we’ll never hear from them again once we make our final payment. We’re left with no choice but to pursue formal complaints – we deserve better. report abuse

  “We hired Lavender to tackle a drainage issue our builder created, and they also designed the entire landscape plan for our yard. Jack, the designer, did an absolutely fantastic job with the initial phase – fixing the drainage, making it look beautiful, and adding some much-needed privacy. As a designer myself, I’m really particular about aesthetics and materials, and Jack truly nailed it, especially with the detailed final video and design plan. We’ve since used their master plan for other landscaping projects, so we’re thrilled with the quality of their work. A couple of months later, we unfortunately lost a couple of shrubs, which wasn’t covered by the warranty, but Lavender still sent someone out to replace them and even checked on the health of the remaining plants. We were so impressed with their responsiveness, their accessibility, and their willingness to adapt as the project evolved.” report abuse

  Lavender Landscape is truly exceptional. As a water well driller, I’ve encountered too many landscaping companies cutting corners and failing to meet industry standards. However, I’ve been consistently impressed with Lavender’s work – they’re incredibly detail-oriented, thorough in every stage of the project, and always manage to complete things on time.
