Hailee really took the time to understand our vision from the start, and her initial measurements were spot on. It was amazing to see her design come to life in the office just a couple of weeks later. She did a fantastic job capturing exactly what we were hoping for, and the detailed 3D models and blueprints were incredibly helpful. We really appreciated how open she was to our feedback and how she was able to adjust the plans to perfectly suit our outdoor remodel.   “I’m really concerned about my experience with Lavender. Over the last six months, we’ve faced a consistent stream of problems with our project, and it’s been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with the owner, Haley Tew, she hasn’t returned my calls, and even when I asked other Lavender employees to forward my concerns, it seemed like she wasn’t interested in hearing from us. It felt like we were being completely ignored. We’ve spoken with several other homeowners who’ve had similar issues – a serious lack of communication, missed follow-through, and constant changes with the crew. Staff has been incredibly unstable, with our designer and three other employees leaving the project. It’s been a pattern of deleted information, like the Gantt chart on Buildertrend, and we’ve been repeatedly given the runaround. Honestly, it feels like we've been repeatedly misled. I’m sharing this experience to urge anyone considering Lavender to do thorough research. We have extensive documentation – photos, emails, and text messages – that detail everything.   “I’m really disappointed with the progress on my backyard project. We started the work back in August 2024 with a timeframe of 6-8 months, but we’re now ten months in and only have the travertine completed – and getting that done was a huge struggle. Initially, the communication was good, but things really slowed down after we signed the contracts. It took them five months just to get the permits approved, and they were denied multiple times before finally getting them through. Honestly, I feel like I’ve had to constantly chase them for updates, and the Buildertrend app isn't actually helping much. What was promised upfront just hasn’t materialized, and I wish I’d chosen a different contractor.” report abuse

My project, which was originally slated for completion in October 2024, is now significantly behind, sitting at June 2025 and still unfinished.   “I can’t recommend working with Lavender Landscape. Our experience has been incredibly frustrating and, frankly, a complete disaster. From the moment we signed our contract on August 30th, 2023, the project has been plagued with delays and miscommunication. The demo didn’t begin until early January, and despite being told it would take 6 to 8 weeks, six months have now passed and our pool remodel is still unfinished. We’ve dealt with weeks of no activity on the site, significant rework due to discrepancies between the original design and the construction documents, and even been told that the travertine we specifically selected was discontinued – only to later discover it was readily available. It felt like we were constantly having to chase them for updates, and despite speaking with multiple team members, nothing seemed to be getting resolved. It’s been incredibly stressful managing the project ourselves. We really just want to see our project finally completed, and based on our experience, we strongly advise others to explore alternative options before choosing Lavender Landscape.” report abuse

  Overall, this project presented some initial challenges, but we’re really pleased with the final outcome. Tim was fantastic at keeping us on track and ensuring we received the correct adjustments to our invoices.   “We’ve been incredibly disappointed with our experience working with Morocco Construction. As a new partner with Lavender Landscape and Design, we had high hopes, but the reality has been a serious issue. Frankly, it’s clear there are problems on Morocco’s end – we’ve consistently struggled with them honoring their invoices and paying for the work we’ve completed. We’ve been told invoices went to the wrong email address, or that they simply don't have them, only to be informed a check was ready for pickup – which then vanishes. This has happened repeatedly, and considering we’ve been in business since 1998, it’s unacceptable. Lavender Landscape, you need to hold Morocco accountable and ensure your subcontractors are fulfilling their financial obligations. Specifically, as of today, May 15th, we still haven’t received payment for the work completed in February, and we agreed to a temporary payment plan of $5,000 per week, which was initiated three weeks ago.” report abuse

  “Hailee was fantastic to work with! We’ve really enjoyed the results of the two design projects we’ve completed with her – she flawlessly executed our vision, and the final designs actually exceeded our initial renderings.
