  Overall, our experience with this landscaping company was really disappointing. We initially chose them because the two team members who met with us early on were fantastic – one was particularly knowledgeable and really helped us develop a vision for our garden, taking into account things like sun exposure. However, once we signed the contract, the most helpful guy stopped coming, and that’s when things started to go wrong. The plans were constantly revised, and each time they were inaccurate, including the lighting we’d discussed. Despite confirming the lighting would be added before installation, it wasn’t included. They never apologized for these errors, and it felt like they were blaming us for the problems. Then, many of the plants died within the warranty period, and we’ve been dealing with incredibly slow and unresponsive service. They’ve spent most of the day waiting for them and then only replaced a handful of the plants – some because they weren’t in season, others because the wrong plants were sent, and still others without any explanation. The plants themselves looked completely different from the initial planting and now I’m just frustrated that no one is responding to my calls or emails.   “I was really disappointed with the service. I paid $750 for five shrubs, but they were planted very poorly. The team was also quite rushed – they only spent about 15 minutes on the job and left a significant mess with dirt scattered across my artificial grass. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.” report abuse

Kiley has been incredibly responsive and efficient in getting things set up, and her knowledge of Creative’s systems is really impressive. I’m especially grateful for Jason as my field warranty representative; he’s always quick to resolve any problems and his expertise in landscape construction is invaluable.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the stunning water feature Jason and his crew created for our church campus. The design is fantastic, the workmanship is incredible, and it’s truly a beautiful addition to our space.   “There were some serious concerns raised about Creative Environments’ operation. It appeared they weren’t taking adequate precautions with their vehicles, leaving equipment and debris unsecured. Specifically, a large garbage can full of leaves and debris fell off the truck while it was moving on the highway, and there were also significant piles of plant debris left out in the open, posing a major safety hazard and potentially causing damage to other vehicles.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Creative Landscaping. We hired them as our builder, Toll Brothers, had used them, and unfortunately, we’ve had a truly terrible experience. They clearly use very low-quality materials, and despite the high price tag, the workmanship is shockingly poor. Over the past four years, we’ve faced a constant stream of leaks and problems that required significant, ongoing repairs—and now we’re facing the cost of completely replacing our entire irrigation system. It’s been a massive drain on our finances. Furthermore, their warranty is essentially worthless. They haven’t stood behind their work at all. We’ve seen similar issues with their work at the community entrance, where the HOA ended up footing the bill for a complete redo. Seriously, get multiple quotes and check reviews from people who’ve had work done recently – avoid Creative Landscaping.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with Creative. They used to be reliable, but now they seem solely focused on big commercial clients and completely ignore residential customers – which is where I’ve had my experience. Sadly, two plants I purchased died within a month, and they haven’t even bothered to offer a replacement. More concerningly, I encountered truly unprofessional behavior from their field staff. One morning, they made a deeply offensive and racist comment, directly addressing me with a Chinese greeting while pointing the camera. It was completely unacceptable, and frankly, shocking. To make matters worse, the manager has done nothing to address this behavior. I’ve reported this to Creative, but I’ve received no meaningful response beyond a promise to ‘talk to my staff.’ It’s frustrating to be dismissed after such a serious issue. And then, to add insult to injury, their PR team is actively trying to suppress negative feedback, as seen with the suspiciously glowing 5-star review from ‘Compositor.’ It feels like they’re prioritizing appearances over actually addressing concerns.” report abuse
