The foreman was fantastic – he immediately introduced himself, clearly explained everything that was going to happen, and kept us updated every step of the way, which really put us at ease. The workers themselves were fantastic too; you could tell they were skilled and took real pride in their work. They were really considerate, letting us know in advance about anything that might affect us, like when the electricity was going to be shut off. It’s clear they went above and beyond. And to top it all off, the price was really competitive, but the quality of the work was outstanding.   “I was really pleased with my experience with Gryphon Roofing. From the start, the office staff was incredibly helpful and Brooks, my sales representative, followed up quickly. He did a thorough job inspecting my roof and explained everything clearly, providing me with a written estimate right then and there. I then worked with Damian, the crew supervisor, who was fantastic – he was always on-site, kept me updated on the progress, and answered all my questions patiently. They even managed to find matching tiles when I had some cracked ones, which was fantastic! The whole crew was professional, really cleaned up after themselves, and the communication throughout the two and a half day job was excellent.   “We were really pleased with Gryphon Roofing – they were fantastic! We had a leak in our living room after a particularly bad storm, and a friend suggested them. Russ handled our initial call and quickly arranged for a technician to assess the damage. The technician did a great job fixing the immediate leak and also offered some valuable recommendations for repairs to our older roof.
