  Overall, the roof replacement with Gryphon was a positive experience. The crew did a fantastic job installing the tile roofing quickly and efficiently – they finished the entire job in a single day, which was great. The quality of the work itself was excellent. However, the process could have been much smoother. There was a significant delay because they missed replacing the porch roof, and communication was really lacking throughout the project. I didn't receive any updates or information from anyone, and it took a week after the work was finished for them to even schedule a final inspection. I specifically requested updates from the project manager, but that never happened. I just met with someone yesterday to discuss the work and the invoice and photos arrived today. With clearer communication and regular updates, this would easily be a 5-star rating. report abuse
