“Overall, we were really pleased with the service from Bay Alarm. Brent was fantastic – he went above and beyond to try and get our old cameras working, spending three hours at our home. While one of the cameras will unfortunately need replacing, we really appreciated their responsiveness and the technician’s expertise in getting our security system back up and running.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. They’ve been on my property multiple times and consistently left it in a very messy state. The first time, I contacted them about it, and the technician was incredibly rude. While I didn’t see them this time, I have photographic evidence. I’m also filing a complaint with the HOA due to the unacceptable level of service and their unprofessional behavior.
