  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service we received. They’ve been out to our property multiple times and consistently left it in a disorganized and unacceptable state. The first time, the technician was particularly rude when I contacted him about it. While I didn’t see them this time, I have photographic evidence of the mess. I’m also filing a complaint with the HOA, and I sincerely hope this company can’t continue to operate here.” report abuse

  “Honestly, I found their commercials incredibly offensive. That whole ‘reply all’ joke was just really tiresome and out of touch – it felt incredibly disrespectful, especially given how dated it seemed. I completely understand why I wouldn’t want to use Bay Alarm after seeing that.” report abuse

  “I was really frustrated with this experience. I had the sensor checked four separate times, and none of the technicians seemed to understand the problem. The last one finally figured out it was a wiring issue inside the box, which was incredibly concerning that it wasn't identified sooner.” report abuse

  “My experience with Bay Area Alarm was unfortunately very disappointing. I struggled significantly trying to upgrade my system to the LTE network and found the customer support to be lacking.
