  “I commissioned Creative Metals to build three elaborate custom gates back in 2004, and I have to say the craftsmanship and installation were truly outstanding. However, the biggest issue was a serious problem with the engineering – the gates expanded significantly each summer, making them impossible to open or close properly. Despite repeated calls over the years seeking a solution, I never received any response or assistance from the company. It’s clear they were skilled welders, but lacked proper engineering expertise and, unfortunately, offered no long-term support. Their lack of communication and responsiveness was also quite disappointing. If you’re considering a custom metalwork company, be sure they have a solid engineering background and a commitment to supporting their work after installation.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the quality of the driveway gates Creative Metals made – they’re fantastic. However, the installation was a bit of a letdown. The installers didn’t seem to pay close attention to detail; they cut corners, and the post holes weren’t dug deep enough. As a result, the post caps were installed too low, and they’re now hitting the gates when they open. I’d definitely recommend getting your gates made by Creative Metals, but I’d strongly advise using a different installer.” report abuse
