  “I was really disappointed with the carpet cleaner service I received. The guy didn’t seem to be working properly, and I ended up paying almost the full price after waiting for over two hours. It was frustrating to pay for a faulty service and spend so much time trying to sort out the problem – it’s not the employee’s fault, but I definitely felt like my time was wasted and I wasn’t happy with the outcome.” report abuse

  I had a really disappointing experience at this location. While the staff were friendly and offered to help me load my rental, they were incredibly rushed and, unfortunately, scratched my new car in the process. It was frustrating that they weren’t following the city’s mask mandate either. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I won’t be returning despite it being the closest location to my home. report abuse

  This was incredibly frustrating. The website listed five chainsaws available for rent, which led me to believe I could actually get one. When I arrived at the Home Depot, I was told none were available because they were all waiting for new chains. It’s completely unacceptable that the website showed availability when there weren't any actually ready for use, and even more concerning that they hadn’t addressed the necessary repairs – replacing the chains – at a store of this size. It seems like a really basic oversight, and frankly, they don't deserve a good rating. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience. The rental equipment didn’t work at all, and the staff were unable to get it to start. Despite this, I was still charged for the entire rental period – which feels unfair. It’s crucial that staff are fully trained to ensure equipment is operational before handing it over to customers. report abuse
