  I was really disappointed with the communication I experienced. I initially called and received a response asking if they could call me back, which I agreed to, but never heard back. I followed up again and spoke with a helpful gentleman who then asked me to send my contact information via text – the same number I’d already sent my response to. Despite all of this, no one followed up with me. While I understand things get busy, the lack of any proactive communication felt incredibly unprofessional. It’s crucial to be responsive and keep potential customers informed, and this experience definitely didn’t instill confidence. report abuse

  Jaire is a really reliable and skilled contractor. He’s gone above and beyond for me twice now with some tricky drywall work – it’s fantastic that he was able to tackle those jobs when others couldn’t. I’m really looking forward to having him do some painting for me as well! report abuse
