  Overall, it’s a good service, but it’s really important to book your inspections in advance if you have a maintenance contract. I was particularly impressed with how punctual and helpful the technicians were, and I also appreciated how quickly Frank’s responded to my emergency – it was a really reassuring experience. report abuse

  Frank’s Heating did a great job getting my new furnace running smoothly! Jason was here promptly and efficiently, cleaning the blower and resolving an issue caused by construction debris and dust buildup over time. The furnace is now back to normal, and I’d definitely recommend them if you’re having any HVAC problems. report abuse

  Frank’s did a fantastic job replacing our old boiler system – they arrived on time, installed the new unit quickly and efficiently, and even took the time to clean up afterward.   “Overall, the system installation went well once it was finally balanced, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and took a full day off work, only to have the technician not show up without any communication. I was left waiting for two hours and completely ignored – they didn’t even bother to call. It was incredibly disrespectful of their time and my schedule, and frankly, unacceptable that they couldn’t manage to send a replacement.” report abuse

  I was so relieved when Frank’s responded so quickly to my air conditioner breaking down during this crazy heatwave. Eric arrived just a few hours later at 1:30pm and fixed the problem right away.   “I had a really frustrating experience with my furnace. The technician spent a long time trying to fix it, and ultimately recommended a full replacement because he said the exchange was cracked. I wasn’t happy with that diagnosis, so I requested a second opinion, which revealed the problem was actually a faulty pressure gauge. Unfortunately, no one followed up with me about a quote or to let me know what was happening, and the furnace remains out of service.” report abuse
