  “I can’t recommend Wooster Roofing highly enough! They did a fantastic job installing a new roof on our house – it looks absolutely amazing. The whole job was done in a single day, and they were incredibly thorough, cleaning up everything perfectly and taking their own dumpster away. The shingles themselves have a really modern, 3D look and a sharp color that we love. What really impressed us was their professionalism and the quality of their work. The crew worked so hard, even in the 88-degree heat, and their attention to detail was fantastic – the edges and corners were perfectly blended, and they kept everything spotless. They were constantly sweeping up debris, and we didn't have to worry about a single thing. We also really appreciated that they used CertainTeed Landmark shingles, which we researched and found to be a superior choice with better quality and a stronger warranty.   Greg and Freddie were fantastic – they arrived right on time and got straight to work fixing the missing wood under the tiles on my roof. They really took the time to do a thorough job, spending about two hours and even went back to check the area afterward to make sure everything was solid. I’m incredibly pleased with the quality of their work and the professional service they provided.   “I was really disappointed with Wooster Roofing. I’d given them a positive review a month ago, but unfortunately, the leaks persisted despite two free repairs. I ended up losing $1,600, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with Steve – who was incredibly helpful and explained everything in detail initially – to understand why the repairs didn’t work. Because of the ongoing issues and the mold that developed, we ultimately had to replace the entire roof and ceiling, which was a huge expense. It's frustrating that despite Steve’s initial honesty and the reasonable price quote, the situation didn’t improve.” report abuse
