  This was a truly disastrous experience. We hired this engineering firm and were immediately let down when they incorrectly identified a wall as non-load bearing – a decision that now requires us to invest a significant amount of money to stabilize our ceiling. Beyond the critical error itself, the lack of communication and responsiveness was appalling. We commissioned a report from James to confirm wall removal, only for him to disappear after seven calls, eight texts, and a ten-day delay, refusing to answer any of our attempts to contact him or our architect/contractor. We strongly advise anyone considering this firm to avoid them entirely. report abuse

  James was a difficult hire. He started the job but then completely disappeared and didn’t finish it, which created a serious safety issue and ultimately cost us extra money to have the work completed by another contractor. We really hoped he’d be a good fit, but unfortunately, he left us in a tough spot. However, we were pleased that the situation was eventually resolved to our satisfaction. report abuse
