  This is a fantastic new development! It’s brilliantly located, with easy access to the Thurmont street grid and stunning mountain views. Plus, it’s surprisingly convenient – you can actually walk to the library, shops, and restaurants. I was particularly impressed with the sales team, Erica and James, who were incredibly helpful. report abuse

  “Overall, we’ve had a fantastic experience building our home here. Bonnie, our sales representative, was absolutely wonderful – so supportive and always quick to respond to our needs. She really went above and beyond, working with us to secure our preferred lot and even staying late to finalize the details. The design team was also a joy to work with; they were incredibly flexible and helpful, especially given that we were a bit… particular! We really appreciate the regular updates – the weekly photos and neighborhood climate information were fantastic and kept us so excited to see the progress. We’re thrilled to keep watching it all unfold and can’t wait to finally move in.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication from the DRB sales team. I’ve reached out multiple times – three times on the website and countless times via phone, text, and email – requesting basic information like HOA costs, a site plan, and details about homes backing onto conservation areas. Frankly, it’s unacceptable that they’ve refused to provide this information. A week has gone by with no response whatsoever, and given this level of unresponsiveness, I have no confidence in their ability to provide the support I need during the home-buying process. report abuse

  “As a contractor with over 20 years of experience, I can honestly say these homes are built with very low-quality materials – essentially builder-grade – and the prices don’t reflect that. I really recommend doing your research and looking into the quality of materials before making a decision.” report abuse
