“We hired A & A Engineering to remove a load-bearing wall in our home, and they were responsive initially. An engineer visited the site, took measurements, and delivered stamped drawings within a couple of weeks. They assured us they’d be available to answer any questions. Unfortunately, we never heard back from them despite multiple calls. When we finally got the plans to a beam hanger supplier, they informed us the design was fundamentally flawed – their modeling showed the beam would fail. It was a complete waste of time and money as the design simply wouldn’t work.”

“I’m really frustrated with the process of getting my metal building plans. I hired Real Steel Metal Buildings, and my wife, Laura, ordered the plans from them. Unfortunately, the plans were completely wrong, and we’ve been unable to get in touch with the engineer who created them – they’ve said we can’t speak to him because I wasn’t the one who placed the order. Now, Real Steel isn’t responding to my calls or texts, and I’m stuck with an incorrect set of plans and a $1,465 charge. It’s a total standstill.”
