  Honestly, I was pleased with the work FSM did in my basement itself – the results were really good. However, I’m incredibly frustrated with the whole experience. They didn’t seem to fully understand the potential impact of the insulation work on my property, and they didn’t explain anything to me about what could happen. Now, I’m dealing with a flooded backyard that’s actually running into my neighbor’s yard, and it’s completely unacceptable. Getting a response from FSM was a nightmare – it took three weeks of persistent calls, and I was constantly told I was a priority. They never even came out to assess the situation; I had to send them pictures! Then, they just brushed it off, saying it wasn’t their problem and they couldn’t do anything, despite me paying them. It’s incredibly disappointing to have one problem fixed and then be left with another, unresolved issue. report abuse

  “Nathan and Noah did an absolutely fantastic job leveling our slab floor – we were so impressed! Nathan was incredibly professional and friendly, and you could tell he had a real expertise with this kind of work. He took the time to walk us through every step, explaining exactly why he was doing what he was doing, which was especially helpful for us as new homeowners who discovered the floor had been slowly sinking for years. They really brought it back to almost perfect, and we were blown away! Both of them were just fantastic, and they left the whole place spotless.   Overall, the job went incredibly smoothly. Andy, the field inspector, was fantastic – he was really patient and didn’t try to rush us into signing anything.
